Structure:

Description: Taurine is a kind of nonprotein aminophenol and wihte acicular crystal, smell-less, sourish and innoxious. It is widely consisted in organisms and also a aminophenol with special physiological function. It is originally found in cattles bile.

Application: in clinic it is widely used in treating theum, fever, neuralgia, amygdalae, bronchitis, rheumatiod arthritis, all kinds of diseases of the eyes and medicament poisoning.

       In food industry it can be added to dairy products, beverage, monosodium glutamate and bean products. Taurine can accelerate the differentiation and development of nerve cell, enhance immunocompetence.

       It can also be used as surfactant, activity dose, human dose, emulsion, PH lenitive and feed additive.
